Our story
How it all began
When I decided to move to Cârlibaba, a long story began. In short, I chose a life closer to nature, away from the rush and stress of the city. It is a choice I enjoy sharing with everyone who visits us.
During your stay, you can enjoy the local food we prepare, join us on trips into the mountains and forest, or share stories over a drink around the campfire.
Extraordinary experiences
Any morning in Cârlibaba can become an extraordinary experience: mist still covers the village, sunlight breaks through and we prepare for a walk to Lake Lala in the Rodna Mountains. The clean air, the sound of the Bistrița, the effort of the climb and the satisfaction on our return make us feel truly alive.
Our goal
We want to promote tourism in this quiet corner of Romania, which is perfectly suited to hiking, cycling, canoeing and winter skiing.
We warmly welcome anyone who needs a break from everyday stress: a place to recharge and reconnect with nature and with themselves.
